LOOK: Promotional posters for Gintama live-action movie in local malls

A movie poster for Japanese live-action “Gintama” movie is seen at Gateway Mall, Quezon City. Amuse Team Philippines also saw another large film poster at SM Mall of Asia cinema area.

Based on the popular manga series of the same name by Hideaki Sorachi, the live-action Gintama movie is set to open in local cinemas on August 23 and it is distributed by Pioneer Films.

Japanese actor Shun Oguri plays the protagonist Gintoki Sakata, who run the Yorozuya shop. Yuichi Fukuda from the live-action Hentai Kamen film directed the movie.
