The live-action Ajin-The Immortals film will hit in local cinemas this October according to movie distributor Pioneer Films at The Best of Anime 2017 event.
A promotional video shown at their booth revealed that the live-action film will premiere on October 11 in the Philippines.
The movie is based on Gamon Sakurai’s sci-fi action manga series. Katsuhiro Motohira directed the film with cast members as follows: Takeru Satoh as protagonist Kei Nagai, Gou Ayano as the main antagonist Sato and Yuu Shirota as Koji Tanaka. Ajin: demi-Human movie will open in Japan on September 30, 2017.
The Best of Anime 2017 happens on September 9 and 10 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
Earlier, the live-action Gintama film was announced to open in the Philippines on September 20. Pioneer Films is also the distributor of the movie.
