Japanese hit drama series Shita Machi Rocket -Engineer vs Elite- is scheduled to air on the Asian entertainment channel GEM tv this June.
The series will premiere on June 10, Sunday at 8:30PM.
GEM describes the story of the series as follows:
A small struggling factory, Tsukada Industries, holds patent for an engine valve that one of Japan’s leading corporations, Teikoku Heavy Industries, needs to manufacture and develop a large space rocket commissioned by the government. As Teikoku’s head of the aerospace and the project manager, Zaizen Michio offers to purchase the patent from Tsukada Kohei. Kohei refuses the money and proposes that his company will supply the engine instead. Will Tsukasa Kohei have another chance to be part of a successful space rocket launch?
