MNL48 to perform at next year’s J-pop Anime Singing Grand Finals

Filipino all-girl idol group MNL48 is set to perform live at next year’s J-pop Anime Singing Contest according to their official Facebook page last Thursday.

MNL48’s Senbatsu members for the second single Pag-ibig Fortune Cookie are making an appearance at the event as special guests. They are Brei Binuya, Belle Delos Reyes, Coleen Trinidad, Rans Rifol, Lei Lacumba, Mari Iyog, Jan Elaura, Kay Ishiyama, Ella Amat, Faith Santiago, Alyssa Garcia, Jem Caldejon, Gabb Skribikin, Sela Guia, Abby Trinidad and Sheki Arzaga.

The Grand Finals will take place on Saturday, February 16, 2019, at the SM Cinema Centerstage, SM Mall of Asia, from 1PM to 5PM.

Application is still open until January 11, 2019, Friday. The chosen finalists will get a chance to win a three-day trip to Japan for two and other exciting prizes.
