Japanese drama “Kyou Kara Ore Wa!!” premieres on GEM this January

The live-action adaptation of Hiroyuki Nishimori’s Kyou Kara Ore Wa!! (From Today, It’s My Turn) manga series will premiere on GEM TV this January.

The series will premiere on January 7, airing every Monday and Tuesday at 9 P.M. Here is the synopsis of the series:

Can high school transfer students Ito and Mitsuhashi really start afresh with a spiky hairdo and a blonde perm like that? Despite having different personalities of two ends of the spectrum, they share a common belief in protecting the ones they care for. Kyou Kara Ore Wa!! is based on a manga series of the same name by Hiroyuki Nishimori which was first published from 1988 to 1997.

GEM will also air Your Home is My Business! 2nd Attack! on January 12 at 7:30 P.M., on the same week as Japan!
