Based on Nakashima Mika’s hit song “Yuki no Hana”, the film tells a love story between a man who dreams of becoming a glass craftsman and a woman who is given only one year to live due to a liver disease.

It stars Hiroomi Tosaka, a member of pop dance group J Soul Brothers and Ayami Nakajo, who portrayed Chitoge Kirisake in the recent Nisekoi live action movie.
