One-Punch Man fighting game announced

Japanese game publisher Bandai Namco on Wednesday announced the first console game of the popular anime and manga series One-Punch Man.

According to the game trailer, it will be a 3-vs-3 brawler game called One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Know. The trailer also revealed some of the playable characters in game, which includes Saitama, Genos, Fubuki aka Hellish Blizzard, Speed-o’-Sound Sonic and Mumen Rider.

It also features an art style similar to other brawler games such as Dragon Ball Fighter Z and the My Hero Academia.

The trailer did not announce the game’s release date but it will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

One Punch Man is based on a web comic series created by ONE. It tells the story of Saitama, a unemployed salaryman turned superhero who can defeat enemies with a single punch.
