Team Class S, a cosplay duo from Central Visayas will represent the Philippines at the World Cosplay Summit in Nagoya, Japan this August.
The team were announced as th he champions in the recently concluded World Cosplay Summit Philippines National Finals, which was held last June 30 during the 18th Toycon Philippines at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
Team Class S wowed the audience with their performance cosplaying as Toyotomi Hideyoshi and Oda Nobunaga from Sengoku Night Blood game. They defeated 5 other winners from various preliminaries nationwide.
The duo won an all-expense trip to Japan and will compete at the World Cosplay Summit Championships in Nagoya in August.
Team Phoenix, representing Metro Manila bagged the first runner up place.
The World Cosplay Summit 2019 will happen on July 27- August 4 in Nagoya, Japan. Team Philippines will be competing against 39 other countries in the competition.
