ABS-CBN to re-air “Your Name” this Holy Week

Japan’s hit feature film “Your Name.” (Kimi No Na Wa) will re-air on ABS-CBN next Thursday

A promotional video aired on Thursday announced that the film is scheduled to air again on the channel this Holy Thursday, April 9 at 8AM. It will be shown in Filipino-dubbed.

The film follows the story of high schoolers, Mitsuha and Taki, two complete strangers living their separate lives who suddenly wakes up to each other’s bodies after a meteor shower.

‘Your Name.’ is the second-highest-grossing anime film of all time worldwide behind Studio Ghibli’s Spirited Away. It is directed by renowned Japanese director Makoto Shinkai.

The film was first screened in Philippine theaters in 2016. It aired on ABS-CBN, two years later.

It is also available via ABS-CBN’s over-the-top content platform iWant TV.
