Tite Kubo’s “Burn The Witch” to stream worldwide this October

The theatrical adaptation of Tite Kubo’s “Burn The Witch” manga will be streamed worldwide this October 2, the official website announced on Monday.

Streaming sites Amazon Prime Video and Hikari TV will be handling the anime’s distribution in Japan while viewers outside Japan and Asia will be able to watch it via Crunchyroll.

The anime will also be released simultaneously at select theaters in Japan, however it will run only for two weeks.

There were no announcement to which service will stream the anime in other part of Asia such as SEA.

The site also unveiled a new promotional video and key visual.

Tatsurou Kawano, who also worked as animation director in Psycho-Pass 2 and Gatchaman Crowds is directing the anime. Studio Colorido and team Yamahitsuji are producing the anime.

Burn the Witch is based on a Japanese one-shot manga written and illustrated by Tite Kubo. It tells the story of two witches, Noel Niihashi and Nini Spangle, working for the Western Branch of Soul Society, located in Reverse London. It takes place in the Bleach universe.
