POPTV Bento, the anime channel of POPTV Pinas, was recognized by Trinity University of Asia for its outstanding contribution to the growth and furtherance of the community and the media industry. The university presented POPTV Bento with a “Citation for Youth Oriented Program in the Emerging Media” during the 8th Year Celebration of the 2023 Platinum Stallion National Media Awards held on February 15, 2023.
Jackeline Chua, COO of POPTV Pinas, accepted the citation in the University Theater of Trinity University of Asia during the 60th Founding Anniversary of the said university. She expressed her gratitude for the award and said that the recognition means a lot to them as it validates their passion for their work.
“We will continue our effort to bring Anime to every Filipino fan, and we look forward to sharing new and exciting titles that the young and young at heart can truly enjoy with everyone for many years to come,” said Chua. POPTV Bento aims to cater to anime fans in the Philippines and provide quality entertainment to its users.
