TOYCON 2025 set for Biggest Pop Culture Celebration yet

TOYCON PH, the Philippines’ premier pop culture convention, returns for its 22nd year with its biggest installment to date. Set for June 13–15, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center Manila, this year’s event expands its scope with the theme of “Celebration,” in partnership with MINDstyle’s POP LIFE Festival.

Over 400 exhibitors and vendors will fill the convention floor, offering a wide range of toys, collectibles, and hobby merchandise. The event introduces new brands such as Collectormates and ThrillJoy, along with Minix, CaDa, and Rastar, backed by global names like Lego, Bandai, Tamashii Nations, and Banpresto.

Limited-edition collectibles will once again take center stage, including exclusives from Quiccs, Thrilljoy, and a Voltes V Event Exclusive. TOYCON also welcomes the NBA brand for the first time, targeting sports collectors.

TOYCONCert returns with a mix of international and local acts such as Starmarie, Miura Ayme with Miko, Pastel Mix, Saya, Ziga, and Beverly.

The cosplay community will enjoy CosKon and a new dedicated cosplay area, featuring appearances by top cosplayers from the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, and Indonesia.

TokuSpirits brings special guests including Ryota Ozawa and Yui Koike of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, and voice acting icons like Rica Matsumoto (Pokémon) and Yuriko Yamaguchi (One Piece, Evangelion).

One Piece fans will witness a special reunion of the full Tagalog voice cast of the Straw Hat Pirates in a panel and meet-and-greet session.

The Artist Alley features over 100 local creatives, while contests such as figure customization, toy photography, and cosplay photography return with major prizes.

A new TCG Alley will host 60+ trading card game vendors and tournaments, in collaboration with Mana Underground.

Classic PC games like Starcraft, Counterstrike, and DoTA 1 will be playable via tournaments hosted by Republic of Gamers.

TOYCON 2025 will also name this year’s Pinoy Pop Culture Icon, continuing its tradition of honoring Filipino cultural trailblazers.
