In this interview with ANIMEPH, Kiyo reflects on her journey, her favorite characters, and the balance between cosplay and content creation.

“I discovered I’m a perfectionist when it comes to cosplay,” Kiyo said. “It makes my work stand out and taught me to problem-solve under pressure.”

She has honed skills in costume crafting, wig styling, and makeup, mastering both technical and creative challenges

Among her many roles, Kiyo counts Goldship from Uma Musume as her favorite. “Her character really resonates with me,” she said. “As a known cosplayer, there’s a professional aura you’re expected to carry.

Cosplaying Goldship lets me be myself—eccentric, loud, and authentic.”

Cosplay remains Kiyo’s full-time profession, with gaming and Twitch streaming as secondary pursuits.

“Sometimes I stream just to catch up with my community because I really miss them,” she said, adding that she prioritizes rest during busy cosplay periods to avoid burnout.

Kiyo continues to work as a content creator and gamer, combining cosplay, streaming, and crafting as part of her professional activities.
