AsiaPOP Comicon Manila announced in a press release on Thursday that it will be screening Netflix’s live-action film adaptation of Death Note at the biggest pop-culture event in the country.
The film is scheduled to be shown right after the exclusive Netflix panel, which will happen on August 26, 5PM.
Death Note – A Netflix Original Film will premiere on August 25 on its online streaming service.
Netflix is also bringing cast members from the second season of Stranger Things which includes Noah Schnapp, Joe Keery, Dacre Montgomery and Sadie Sink
There will be also an interactive area, called Netflix Zone where fans can discover and experience their respective Netflix shows, such as Stranger Things, Orange is The New Black, Death Note, Riverdale and The Defenders.
