Makoto Shinkai’s feature film Your Name is set to premiere on ABS-CBN’s digital youth-oriented channel YeY! this August 5 according to the schedule released by the channel.
A promotional video aired on Saturday also revealed that apart from the above-named film, three anime titles will also air on the channel’s “Kid Sine” movie block this month.
The titles are Standby Me Doraemon (August 12), Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal OVA (August 19) and Naruto the Movie 2: Legend of the Stone of Gelel (August 26).
The movie block airs every Sunday at 7PM.
The Filipino dubbed version of Your Name premiered on ABS-CBN last February. The film is currently streaming via ABS-CBN’s over-the-top content platform iWant TV.
