AKB48 holds joint concert with MNL48 & other sister groups next year

AKS has announced on Tuesday that AKB48 together with their overseas sister groups will be having their first joint concert next year in Bangkok.

AKB48 and their six overseas sister groups (BNK48, JKT48, MNL48, SGO48, AKB48 Team SH and AKB48 Team TP) will be performing at the AKB48 Group Asia Festival 2019 event happening on January 27, Sunday at Impact Arena in Bangkok.

The event is a first in the history of AKB48 group and it is also MNL48’s first performance outside the country.
