Local theater chain SM Cinema has released on Tuesday a list of branches that will screen the much anticipated anime film, Dragon Ball Super: Broly on their Facebook page.
The film will be released exclusively in SM Cinema branches on January 30.
It includes Angono, Bacolod, Bacoor, Baguio, Baliwag, Batangas, BF Paranaque, Bicutan, Cabanatuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calamba, Cauayan, CDO Downtown, Cebu, Clark, Consolacion, Davao, East Ortigas, Fairview, General Santos, Iloilo, Lanang, Legazpi, Lipa, Lucena, Mall of Asia, Manila, Marikina, Marilao, Masinag, Megacenter, Megamall, Molino, Muntinlupa, Naga, North Edsa, Novaliches, Ormoc, Pampanga, Puerto Princesa, Rosales, Rosario, San Lazaro, San Mateo, San Pablo, Sangandaan, Seaside, Southmall, Sta Mesa, Sta. Rosa, Sucat, Tarlac, Telabastagan, Trece Martires and Valenzuela.
Dragon Ball Super: Broly will be the 20th film in the Dragon Ball franchise, and the first under the Super series.
It follows the events of the Dragon Ball Super anime series and depicts the fate of Goku and Vegeta as they encounter, Broly, a Saiyan more powerful than anyone the two have ever fought before.
The film earned over USD 7 million dollar on opening day in the United States. It has also become the franchise’s top grossing film surpassing the previous record marked by Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’ in 2015.
