A cosplay team from the Philippines won the crown of this year’s Gyeonggi International Cosplay Festival (GICOF) World Cosplay Championships held at Bucheon, South Korea on Friday.
The team, composed of Sergio Sta Ana and Winn Evangelista from local cosplay group Z Warriors, bested several cosplay teams around the world to win the 3rd GICOF Championship title.

They performed cosplaying as Gokou and Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z anime series.
Sta Ana and Evangelista were the champions in the TORCH Reborn held last July. The contest also served as the Philippine qualifier to South Korea’s international cosplay competition.
