UNIQLO announced on Thursday that they are set to release the new UT collection shirts featuring “Neon Genesis Evangelion” in local stores starting June 22.
The collection features 8 original T-shirt with printed designs, ranging from Evangelion Units to popular characters from the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise.
The shirts were made in collaboration to the upcoming Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time. The film was originally scheduled for release on June 27 in Japan but has been delayed due to concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic.
Apart from the “Evangelion” collection, UNIQLO also announced the release dates of other upcoming UT line-up. It includes the UT collection shirts featuring Super Mario Bros, Ultraman, Young Jump 40th Anniversary and Disney’s Princesses & Villains.
