Netflix unveils trailer, key art, and music artist for original anime film “Bubble”


Netflix recently unveiled the main trailer and key art for the upcoming original film “Bubble”.

The streaming giant also announced that Riria, a breakthrough singer who is popular on TikTok and Youtube, will performs the heroine Uta. Popular music artist Eve who is known for the theme song of hit anime Jujutsu Kaisen, will also deliver the main theme song.


Bubble, a thrilling new anime feature experience of gravity-based action, takes place in an alternate Tokyo where the laws of gravity have been broken due to bubbles that manipulate this force of nature.

The film is directed by Tetsuro Araki and produced by WIT Studio, both known for the popular Attack on Titan anime. The film will also feature a screenplay by Gen Urobuchi (Puella Magi Madoka Magica), character designs by Takeshi Obata (Death Note), and music by Hiroyuki Sawano (Promare).

For Japan, Jun Shison has also been revealed as the voice of the main character Hibiki, in addition to the voices of Mamoru Miyano, Yuki Kaji, Tasuku Hatanaka, and more.

“Bubble” will premiere worldwide on April 28, 2022.
