“Demon Slayer: To the Hashira Training” is coming to the PH on Feb. 21

The newest Demon Slayer film installment, “Demon Slayer: To the Hashira Training,” is coming to the Philippines in February.

According to Pioneer Films through the Viewers Choice Philippines Facebook, the film will premiere om February 21, 2024.

The movie will be shown exclusively at SM Cinema and IMAX theaters nationwide. The movie is rated PG-13 and has a running time of 117 minutes.

The film, which is a sequel to the blockbuster “Demon Slayer: Mugen Train,” will follow the protagonist Tanjiro and his friends as they undergo rigorous training under the guidance of the Hashira, the elite demon slayers of the Demon Slayer Corps. The film promises to deliver more action, drama, and humor as the characters face new challenges and enemies in their quest to defeat the powerful demon lord Muzan Kibutsuji.

Demon Slayer is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge. It has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2016 and has sold over 150 million copies worldwide. It has also spawned a TV anime series, video games, novels, and merchandise.

The first film adaptation, “Demon Slayer: Mugen Train,” became the highest-grossing anime film of all time, earning over $500 million globally.
