Touken Ranbu live action movie opens this May in PH

The live action Touken Ranbu movie will open in Philippine cinemas this May.

This is according to promotional poster seen during the Cosplay Carnival 2019. The movie is scheduled to release exclusively by SM Cinema on May 8, 2019.

Touken Ranbu is based on a collectible card browser video game developed by DMM and Nitroplus. It has been adapted in three anime series and stage plays.

The movie will also be released in other Southeast Asian countries, which includes Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
