“The Devil is a Part-Timer!” gets second season after 8 years

A second anime season for “The Devil is a Part-Timer!” has been announced during the “Kadokawa Light Novel Expo 2021” event on Saturday.

The first promotional video and key visual were also revealed.

It was also announced that the show’s original cast members are returning to reprise their role in the new season.

The Devil Is a Part-Timer! is based light novel series written by Satoshi Wagahara, with illustrations by 029.

The show follows the story of Maou when he was forced to escape the world of Ente Isla through a gate to modern Tokyo, Japan. Without any magic in the new world, Maou starts working part time in a fast food joint.

The show’s first season aired in Spring 2013 and it was produced by White Fox.
