Hikaru Utada on Wednesday finally released her much awaited new single “One Last Kiss.”
“One Last Kiss” is also the theme song for the “Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time” anime film. The film was released last Monday, March 8 in Japan.

The song’s music video was also uploaded to her Youtube channel last Tuesday, March 9, the same time the song was released. It was directed by Hideako Anno, who is the author, screenwriter and director of the “Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time” anime film.
Utada also performed the theme songs for all three previous films from the “Rebuild of Evangelion” series
