“Sword Art Online Progressive: Aria of a Starless Night” is coming to PH this Mar. 9

The anime film “Sword Art Online Progressive: Aria of a Starless Night”  is coming to Philippine cinemas beginning March 9.

This is according to Singapore-based company Odex via the Odex Philippines Facebook page. The film is set to be shown in select SM Cinema locations nationwide.

Sword Art Online Progressive: Aria of a Starless Night film is a retelling Kirito and Asuna’s adventures at Aincrad floor by floor. It will be based from the light novel series of the same name written by Reki Kawahara and illustrated by abec.

It is directed by Ayako Kouno with Yasuyuki Kai as the action director. A-1 Pictures is producing the film. The voice actors including Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Kirito and Haruka Tomatsu as Asuna will reprise their roles in the film.

Metro Manila and 38 other areas provinces are currently under Alert Level 1 by the Philippine government until March 15. All establishments including indoor cinemas are allowed to operate at full on-site capacity, provided that health standards are observed.
