Tomohiko Ito’s “Hello World” anime film to air on Kapamilya Channel this Holy Week

ABS-CBN announced that its pay television channel “Kapamilya Channel” is set to air Tomohiko Ito’s 2019 anime film “Hello World” this Holy Week.

The film, dubbed in Filipino will premiere on Maundy Thursday, April 14 at 6:00 AM.

“Hello World” is a 2019 sci-fi romance film from the director of Sword Art Online and Erased, Tomohiko Ito.

The film is set in a futuristic Kyoto where a high school student named Naomi Katagaki encounters a person claiming to be himself, who time-traveled from 10 years in the future to save a classmate named Ruri Ichigyō.

The film was released in the Philippines in 2019. It is currently streaming on Netflix.
