Cosplay.ph has announced Shuka Saito and Akari Akase as the featured performers for the first-ever Japanese Anime Music (JAM) Concert at Cosplay Carnival 2025. The event will take place on March 22-23 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay.
Shuka Saito, a renowned singer and voice actress, is best known for her role as You Watanabe in Love Live! Sunshine!! and as a member of Aqours. She debuted as a solo artist in 2019 with the hit single “Papapa,” the opening theme for Oresuki.
Joining her is Akari Akase, a versatile artist celebrated as a singer, cosplayer, gravure idol, and actress. Akase rose to fame performing the ending theme for My Dress-Up Darling while cosplaying Marin Kitagawa, the anime’s lead character.
The JAM Concert will be held on the second and final day of the event, March 23. Fans can anticipate dynamic live performances highlighting iconic tracks from their works.
Also appearing at Cosplay Carnival 2025 is Baobao, a Hong Kong-based cosplayer, content creator, and streamer. Known for her passion for cosplay, Baobao returns to the Philippines to inspire and connect with fans.Organizers have teased additional guest cosplayer announcements in the coming weeks.
Cosplay Carnival 2025, happening from March 22-23, will feature cosplay competitions, exhibits, and other activities celebrating anime and pop culture.
