What You Need to Know Before Heading to the Ado “Hibana” Concert

Japanese singer Ado will bring her Ado World Tour 2025: Wish to Manila on May 8 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

Her Manila show is produced by local promoter Ovation Productions, which posted key event guidelines on its official Facebook page. Here are the most important reminders for concertgoers:

• Gates open at 6:00 PM, and the concert starts at 8:00 PM. Entry is strictly by printed ticket only, and re-entry will not be allowed. Expect security checks at designated points.
• “HIBANA” ticket holders are entitled to a special gift set, which includes a Hibana Special Brooch and Hibana Special Card. Gifts can be redeemed from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Media Parking area, and from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Coral Lobby. Redemption requires the printed ticket and must be done within the mentioned hours. Faulty or damaged items can only be exchanged during this time.
• Photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited before, during, and after the concert. Attendees caught violating this policy will be asked to leave and delete the recorded material.
• The following items are prohibited: outside food and drinks, professional cameras and video equipment, GoPros, selfie sticks, tripods, gimbals, noise makers, banners, flags, laser pointers, glow sticks, flashlights, weapons, fireworks, lighters, laptops, tablets, radios, unofficial merchandise, flammable liquids, and large bags exceeding 12×12 inches. Pets are also not allowed.
• Additional venue rules include: no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes; no cans, bottles, or any kind of drink containers; no umbrellas, folding chairs, or oversized cheering materials; and no fan gifts—only fan letters will be accepted via on-site fan letter boxes.

Organizers urge all attendees to follow staff instructions and venue guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable concert experience. Violation of rules may result in ejection from the venue.
