Live-action Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Film to be release on September 6 in the Philippines

The live-action JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable movie will be shown in Philippine cinemas on September 6, according to Singapore-based movie distributor Odex Private Limited.

Odex Private Limited also revealed the film release in Malaysia, which is scheduled at the end of August and Vietnam, in November. The film is already showing in Singapore.

The film is based on the manga series of the same name by Hirohiko Araki, which was published from 1992 to 1995 in Japanese manga magazine Weekly Shonen Jump.

Anime News Network describes the series as follows: It is set in Morioh, located in S City in M Prefecture of Japan, and it follows the misadventures of Jōsuke Higashikata and his companions, as they are involved in a series of bizarre incidents in their town.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable opened in Japanese cinemas last August 4, 2017.
