Japanese drama series Overprotected Kahoko: 2018 Love & Dream is scheduled to air this December on GEM. The series will premiere on December 26, Wednesday at 9:00 PM.

More than a year has passed since Kahoko and Hajime decided to get married. As a newly-wedded career woman, Kahoko struggles to keep the balance between household duties and manages her daycare center, “Kahoko House”. The newly-wedded couple are going through a rough time in their relationship and Hajime’s career as a painter seems to have stagnated. Adding to her troubles, her parent are getting divorced! With her daycare center in financial trouble and relationships around her falling apart, how will Kahoko cope?
The channel will also air Japan’s bi-annual singing contest, “I Can Sing in Japanese – Autumn 2018” and Japan’s one the most popular TV shows “Masquerade 2018”. “I Can Sing in Japanese” will premiere on December 24 at 10PM while “Masquerade” airs starting on December 25 at 9PM.
