Cosplay Carnival 2023 is set to feature an internationally recognized cosplayer, Kael Pk. Known for his love for Fate/Zero and Fate Stay Night, Kael has cosplayed almost all the servant characters and has a significant following as a Live Streamer partnered with Facebook.
Kael made his first appearance at the Cosplay Mini Matsuri Online event, and this will be his first live experience in the Philippines.
Cosplay Carnival 2023, with the theme “Re:Born a Dragon,” is scheduled to take place on April 1-2, 2023, at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Pasay City. The event will kickstart the Cosplay Mania Event Series 2023, which includes Anime and Cosplay Expo, Cosplay Mania, and Cosplay Matsuri.
